Hoof & Mouth Tavern will be hosting meals on Saturday served by them and special guests. The Meal Plan will include breakfast, lunch, and dinner, providing you with three delicious meals for the day.

Breakfast will be served by Vargus Ulfr and Staff visiting from Iron Wolf Tavern. Lunch will be served by Baroness Molly Blythe inspired by meals that would be served to a marching army. Dinner will be by Hoof & Mouth Tavern.

Please note that this plan is not available as a continuous grazing option. To ensure your spot, kindly preregister for the Meal Plan by September 30, 2024.

Friese Uiensoep (Friesian Onion Soup) -onions, butter, vegetable stock, cloves, cumin, bean puree (flour replacement)

Grünkohl (Kale & Pinkel Soup) – Kale, white beans, beef stock, mustard, smoked sausage & pinkelwurst (which is a Friesian sausage that has pork, bacon, oats, & onions). A smaller batch without the pinkelwurst for those who can’t have the oats due to gluten/avenin.

Rostbratwurst (Thuringian Sausage) – Pork, beef, salt, pepper, caraway, marjoram, garlic

Cheese & Onion Hand Pies – Caramelized onions, gouda cheese, thyme, egg glaze, wheat pastry shell
